HERON System Warranty Policy

As part of a purchase contract HUNT ENGINEERING offers 12 months warranty against parts and defective workmanship on all HERON hardware. Full details of this warranty are contained in our Standard Terms & Conditions.

Delivery of your HERON system is not the end of our contact with our customers. We want to ensure that you can get started on your project development as quickly as possible, so we supply an interactive multimedia CD to help you. Also very important is the fact that all HUNT ENGINEERING products are covered by a lifetime's technical support. And you will be entitled to any HUNT ENGINEERING software upgrades, free of charge - don't forget to register on our technical support email list so that you will be kept informed about these and any other support issues, including HERON product upgrades.
